All entries must be submitted by 22nd November 2023. The event organisers reserve the right to change this date at their discretion.
The nominee must be headquartered or have an operational base in Ireland. Entries may be submitted by organisations or their representatives, provided full approval is obtained from all parties involved prior to submission.
The cost for each entry is €100 + VAT. A bundle of 5 entries is available for €400 + VAT. Charitable organisations can enter free of charge.
Please read the specific criteria for each category you’re entering, as requirements vary.
The organisers accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any entry.

The judges’ decisions are final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the selection of shortlisted nominations or winners.
Entry titles may be shortened for the awards brochure and winners’ trophies. Keep your entry title concise, generally under 500 words.
We will seek approval before publishing any entries. Following the awards, winners may be asked to allow their entries to be used for future marketing and promotional activities.
The Spider Awards reserves the right to extend the entry deadline, amend categories, or withhold awards if the standard of entries does not meet the required level.
