Who can submit an entry for The Spider Awards?
Companies, agencies, and digital whizzes based in Ireland, this is your stage!
When do entries open online?
Entries for The 2025 Spider Awards swing open on 1st October 2024.
Is there a date restriction for website/app publication?
No, publish dates are just numbers here! But the website/App must be live from 1st October 2024 – 21st March 2025 at a minimum.
Can I change or withdraw my entry?
Adjustments or withdrawals can be made by emailing alma@thespiders.ie or info@thespiders.ie. Entry fees are non-refundable.
What’s the cost for an entry?
- Solo entry: €100 + 23% VAT
- 4 for 5 deal: €400 + 23% VAT
- Note: This doesn’t cover your awards night ticket.
Is there a charity rate?
Charities, you’re golden. Contact us for a free pass alma@thespiders.ie.

When do judges start scoring?
Our all-star panel gets down to business in December 2024, extension or no extension.
Any news on the finalists?
Judging kicks off in December 2024. Finalists, you’ll hear from us in January 2025.
When can I snag a table for the ceremony?
Table bookings go live in January 2025. Subscribe to our newsletter and never miss a beat.
